Andre Hedger roped up when he was just four years old on England's Southern Sandstone, following in the footsteps of his father who showed him the art of climbing. He has also been profoundly deaf since the age of five when he contracted meningitis. Although some may see his deafness as an impediment, it hasn't slowed down Andre one bit. He has become one of the UK's top climbers and in this video you can take a peek into a normal day in his life - training, teaching, coaching, and generally crushing everything that he does. Watch and be inspired.
